When I create a SmartSet and use the "matches none of" criteria, it doesn't
seem to work the way I'd expect. When I enter a tag name, I would expect it
to choose all of the pictures that don't contain that tag. What it does do,
however, is choose all of the photos with that tag - it has the same effect
as the "matches all of" criteria. Not sure if I'm just not using it right,
just not understanding it right, or if it's just not working right.
