My entire account is gone, as are all of my photos

At first it was only the photos from the last several months that went missing. Now? It's my whole account, along with the >1600 photos I've uploaded. So much for being a Pro account.

So what's the deal? Do I have to start from scratch now? Even my page gives a 404 (http://www.zooomr.com/photos/xenogere/). From the botched Mark III implementation through now, this has been nothing but problem after problem. I need to know right now if I have to start uploading all my images to Flickr (which I've been using for months given the Zooomr problems), especially since all of the images I've uploaded to date are included on my blog and elsewhere on the net.
