When a user is identified in a photo by a note, he or she should be allowed to remove that note, even if the photo is owned by another user.
This feature request is in response to a particular problem which appears to affect long-time users who have have chosen their first name as their username.
For example:
Two years ago, John Doe signed up for a Zooomr account and chose "John" as his username. Yesturday, Bob uploaded a photo of his friend John Sample. Noticing the ability to identify people in his photo, Bob placed the border around John Sample's head and entered "John" under "Who is this person?" As far as Bob is concerned, he has identified his friend "John" in the photo. Unfortunately, thanks to Zooomr's automatic linking, this particular image is now considered to be a photo of John Doe, who registered as "John" two years ago, even though the photo is of John Sample.
In order to correct this, John Doe should be allowed to remove the note incorrectly identifying him in the photo and then send a Fan Mail to Bob or place a comment notifying him of the mistake.
Here's a perfect example of the issue:

User laurier uploaded this photo and then identified two friends, Adam and Sarah. Unknown to laurier, this photo is now considered to be a photo of Zooomr users "Adam" and "Sarah". As you can see from the first comment, this is definitely not a photo of Zooomr user "Sarah", and as far as I can tell, there is no relationship between laurier and Zooomr user "Adam". As identified users, both "Adam" and "Sarah" should be allowed to remove their identifying notes.
