view-based SmartSets not working

It seems SmartSets with view criteria don't work, or are based off of very
old data.  One of many ways to test this is to create a set with "equals 0
views".  When I do this, all of my most recent stuff is there, even when they
have views.

Noticed this as well. My smartset based on view count doesn't get updated anymore.

  • priority changed from minor to major.

Neither are mine advancing, and I have many photos that should be showcased in smartsets but are not because of this glitch.
